If you were looking for a busy week in sports news, you found it, as the NBA staged one of the most stunning draft lotteries ever, MLB changed a rule that suddenly made Pete Rose eligible for the Hall of Fame, and the NFL released its 2025 schedule.
All of this happened within a couple of days, and it was just the tip of an athletics iceberg that also included some wild NBA and NHL postseason action, a baseball manager losing his job and a potential presidential commission being established on college sports.
