Gonzaga has added yet another marquee non-conference matchup against coach Greg McDermott and Creighton in the McCarthey Athletic Center on November 11th. The return game will be in Omaha during the 2026-27 season.

The two Jesuit institutions had a home-and-home series during the 2017-18 and 2018-19 campaigns. Creighton has control of the all-time series history by a slim margin, 6-5. The last time these two programs met was in the 2021 NCAA Tournament in which Gonzaga won to move onto the Elite Eight in Indianapolis, 83-65.
Out of the Big East Conference, the Bluejays finished with a 25-11 overall record and loss to Auburn in the second round of the NCAA Tournament this past season.
Here is how Gonzaga’s 2025-26 non-conference schedule is looking so far:
Oklahoma (Spokane Arena) – November 8th
Creighton (McCarthey Athletic Center) – November 11th
Players Era Festival (Las Vegas) – Thanksgiving week
Kentucky (Bridgestone Arena in Nashville) – December 5th
UCLA (Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle) – TBD
Arizona State (Tempe) – TBD
Baylor – Both date and location TBD
The Players Era Festival will have a loaded field consisting of Alabama, Auburn, Baylor, Creighton, Houston, Iowa State, Kansas, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Rutgers, San Diego State, Saint John’s, Saint Joseph’s, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and UNLV. The MTE will distribute around $24 million to all the participating programs on the men’s and women’s side.
