As NCAA tournaments began at the Division 2 and 3 levels, three New England teams were feeling Super last weekend.
Endicott and Salve Regina took first steps towards a College World Series return in Division 3, sweeping through their respective four-team regional brackets.
The Division 2 tournament featured an upset, as Franklin Pierce won a best-of-three series over East Region No. 1 seed Jefferson to advance to the Super Regional round.
