4-Star Michigan Recruit Backs Up Position Coach’s Boast With Fierce 2-Word Message originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
The Michigan Wolverines’ Class of 2026 has been gaining steam in recent weeks with the Wolverines bolstering their offensive and especially defensive lines in recent days.
The Wolverines got commitments from five-star EDGE Carter Meadows and four-star EDGE Julian Walker in recent days, adding to the embarrassment of riches procured by coach Sherrone Moore’s staff for defensive line coach Lou Esposito to teach, coach and mold.
Recently, Esposito shared a striking message with Wolverines fans, players to a rapidly growing talent pool.
St. Louis based defensive tackle recruit Titan Davis backed up a boast by Esposito as he shared his thoughts on Michigan’s pursuit of top tier talent and wins in the Big Ten Conference this upcoming season.
“Time to hunt,” Davis wrote on X with a steam coming out of the nostrils emoji and a fist emoji.

Michigan football has prided itself on being strong in the trenches during the Jim Harbaugh and now Sherrone Moore eras in Ann Arbor.
The Wolverines dominated the line of scrimmage against Northwestern, Ohio State and Alabama in three straight wins to close the 2024 season and are hoping for a similarly strong start to the season on a schedule that includes John Mateer and the Oklahoma Sooners in Week 2.
Davis won’t be on the field for this season’s game, but he will have his chance in 2026 to continue a legacy that is gaining momentum at Michigan Stadium.
