How to watch LIV Michigan Friday
The 2025 LIV team championship at LIV Michigan is finally here, with the first round of play going down on Friday. Under the new format for 2025, Friday’s opening round of play will feature six matchups between 12 teams.
Each matchup will consist of three matches, two singles and one alternate shot competition. Each of those matches counts for 1 point. The team to reach 2 points first advances to the next round.

The six teams who fail to win their matchups on Friday will see their 2025 LIV seasons end. The six winning teams will face off across three matchups under a similar format on Saturday.
Bryson DeChambeau and his Crushers GC team are the No. 2 seed. They’ll face off against Majesticks GC on Friday. The No. 1 seed, Jon Rahm’s Legion XIII, will take on Cleeks GC in Round 1. Sergio Garcia’s Fireballs GC will compete against Phil Mickelson’s HyFlyers GC team.
