This Week in Sports Trivia: September 4, 2025

The Bill Belichick hype train came to a sudden, screeching halt on Monday.

After months of excitement over the NFL legend’s move to college, Sonny Dykes and his TCU Horned Frogs threw a wet blanket over the whole thing, delivering a merciless and thorough beatdown of Belichick’s North Carolina Tar Heels, 48-14. The result led to plenty of handwringing, analysis and thoughts on what Belichick must do to recover, not to mention some memes, many courtesy of TCU itself.

And of course, it will be a small part of this week’s quiz, competing for space with the Micah Parsons trade, the U.S. Open and much more.
