UNC basketball coach Hubert Davis spoke with media members for 31 minutes, answering questions about the Tar Heels’ 2025-26 roster.
It’s finally time to fill in those calendars for the 2025-26 college basketball season.
With the announcement of the ACC’s schedule on Sept. 9, UNC basketball can now fill in the gaps on its 2025-26 schedule. The Tar Heels are scheduled to play 18 conference games in their fifth season under head coach Hubert Davis, including games against rival Duke on Feb. 7 and March 7.
Senior guard Seth Trimble, along with 11 newcomers, will tip things off with a pair of exhibition games on Oct. 24 against BYU in Salt Lake City and Oct. 29 against Winston-Salem State at the Smith Center.
Following key nonconference games against Kansas (Nov. 7), Michigan State (Nov. 27), Kentucky (Dec. 2), Georgetown (Dec. 7) and Ohio State (Dec. 20), the Tar Heels begin ACC play against Florida State on Dec. 30 or Dec. 31 in Chapel Hill.
