The Seattle Storm announced that head coach Noelle Quinn will not return to the organization next season.
The Storm recently lost 2-1 in the first round of the playoffs to the Las Vegas Aces.
“On behalf of our organization, I would like to thank Noelle for her time with the Storm,” general manager Talisa Rhea said in a statement. “Her commitment to the ongoing success of our organization and to furthering the development of our players was second to none. She put us in a position to win at the highest levels of the game and for that, we are grateful.”
Quinn, who took over the job in 2021, amassed a record of 97-89 in the regular season. Quinn went 4-8 in the playoffs.
The Storm went 23-21 this season, finishing with the No. 7 seed.
