The last go-around in the West Coast Conference for Gonzaga begins in three months. Here are the important dates from the 2025-26 conference matchups for both college basketball programs in Spokane.
On the men’s side, coach Mark Few’s squad opens up conference play in Malibu against Pepperdine on December 28th. The conference home opener comes against the newest member of the WCC, Seattle U, on January 2nd.
As for the always highly anticipated Saint Mary’s matchups, the Zags host the Gaels at the McCarthey Athletic Center on January 31st and travel down to Moraga for the final regular season game on February 28th. Three separate trips will be made to the Bay Area over the span of two weeks in February.
Nine of Gonzaga’s games have a span of dates listed on the schedule as the WCC is keeping “date flexibility with national TV partners to provide more national exposure for the conference on additional days of the week” and plans on having conference games played from Tuesdays through Thursdays, and Saturdays through Sundays in the months of January and February. The television partners will once again be ESPN and CBS Sports Network.
On the women’s side, coach Lisa Fortier’s group begins conference play at home against LMU on December 28th. The revenge opportunities against Oregon State come on January 22nd (in Corvallis) and on February 2nd (in Spokane).
The WCC Tournament returns to the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas for the 18th consecutive year and will be held from March 5th through the 10th.
