With the 2025-26 academic year and a new fall season getting underway, New England Baseball Journal is taking a look back at the best of the best from summer ball action around the region.

The second summer All-NEBJ roster of 2025 highlights the best Futures League players by position. The roster features representatives from all six league teams and New England programs across all three NCAA levels.

Multiple records fell during the Futures League’s 15th season, including the Worcester Bravehearts setting a new single-season standard with 45 wins. However, the playoffs again belonged to the fourth-seeded Norwich Sea Unicorns, who completed an upset semifinal sweep of Worcester before beating the in-state rival New Britain Bees in another best-of-three series to become the first back-to-back-to-back champion in league history.

As usual, players listed on our All-NEBJ rosters must hail from and/or play their college baseball in New England.
