It appears that former two-division UFC star Conor McGregor and longtime girlfriend and mother of his four children, Dee Devlin, will soon be married.
The UFC star addressed his personal evolution and relationship, describing Devlin as his “wife-to-be” and was sporting a new ring, while speaking at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship press conference in Rome, Italy, earlier this week.
“I am not here just by chance. There is a higher power, God, that dictates my journey and all of our journeys,” McGregor declared at Thursday’s press conference.
“I live my life by God’s word, since around the last time you mentioned at the last event, I have engaged on a spiritual journey. I am saved. I am healed.”
McGregor then continued the discussion, stating, “On the back of that, the world is in for a treat. My competitive spark that was once in my heart is now a roaring blaze.
“I’m eager. Right now I have to dial myself in and go inward, and that I’ve done, and now I’m in a stage where I come back and show what I’m about.
“Now I’m here with my own family, my beautiful children, my fiancée, wife-to-be soon.”
McGregor and Devlin were engaged in 2000. She worked as a waitress and model before entering the MMA world where she would become a business manager of sorts for her soon to be husband.
The couple met at a night club in 2008 and as McGregor’s MMA career took off, she left her own jobs to support him full-time, managing his finances, training schedules, and promotional events.
They share four children:
Conor Jack Jr. (born May 2017)Croía (born January 2019)Rían (born May 2021)Mack (born November 2023)
Their relationship has faced public scrutiny, including McGregor’s 2024 civil sexual assault case (where he was ordered to pay nearly €250,000) and infidelity allegations. Devlin has stood by him, posting on Instagram in 2024: “No one is entitled to comment on our relationship—we trust one another and love one another.” McGregor has publicly apologized for past mistakes.
