Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion and UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey hasn’t fought in nine years but is looking sharp in the gym.
The 38 year-old started training mixed martial arts again to get back in shape after giving birth to her second child in January. She began posting videos documenting her training and body transformation. During the process of returning to pre-pregnancy fitness, Rousey fell in love with MMA again sparking speculation of a possible return to the octagon.
While it’s unlikely that Rousey makes a return, crazier things have happened. In a video posted to Instagram on Wednesday, “Rowdy” was looking sharp in the gym. “Gettin’ sicker and sicker with it,” she captioned the video.
