First conceived by Nike SB back in 2007, the “What The” design theme has gone on to become one of the most recognized in all of sneakers – playful mash-ups of past styles that are often equal parts eye-catching and sought-after. Nike Basketball has become the torchbearer for “What The” sneakers in the time since, with the theme landing on KDs, LeBrons, Kobes, and more over the years. Now the concept is meeting Sabrina Ionescu’s signature line with a familiarly mismatched take on the Nike Sabrina 3, set to release in both adult and grade school sizes.
Vastly different color blocking and slightly varying textures distinguish the left and right shoes. There are a number of specific references to past Sabrina releases, including “Oregon” on the tongue and styles like the “Walnut” and “Pink Oxford” across the upper.
The Nike Sabrina 3 “What The” is due out Summer 2026 in both adult and grade school sizes, priced at $135 for adults. See official images of the GS version below and stay tuned for further updates.
