Valentina Shevchenko has fired back at Ronda Rousey after the 39-year-old dragged her name while criticizing fighter pay in the UFC by pointing out that fighters are still being underpaid despite the promotion’s new seven-year, $7.7 billion deal with Paramount.
Rousey is set to make her MMA return on May 16 in a hexagon cage against Gina Carano. She and Carano will headline Netflix’s first-ever live MMA broadcast and MVP’s inaugural MMA event.
Just yesterday, during the Rousey vs. Carano presser, “Rowdy” used Valentina Shevchenko’s name and the latter’s other ventures as an example to show that UFC fighters cannot rely on fight pay alone to survive.
After Jon Jones’ recent lowball claim, Zuffa’s signing of Conor Benn, and Eddie Hearn pushing for a revolution, now “Rowdy” has joined the long list of individuals who have issues with how the UFC has treated and underpaid fighters, and the trend continues.Rousey at the presser was busy taking shots at her ex-boss, Dana White. She also opined that the UFC is one of the worst places to go:
“The White House Card sucks… The UFC is one of the worst places to go. So many of their top athletes are leaving to find and pay elsewhere.”
She then dragged Shevchenko’s name into the mix and added:
“It’s why their champions like Valentina [Shevchenko] are selling pictures of their ti*ties on OnlyFans.”

The comments made by Ronda Rousey didn’t sit well with the two-time and current UFC women’s flyweight queen. Valentina Shevchenko immediately fired back at “Rowdy” by posting on X:
“It’s 2026. Fighters using OnlyFans is just a new way to connect with fans 💖 Looks like Ronda slept too long after her last fight in 2016 😴”

“Bullet” launched her OnlyFans in December 2024, where fans can see her training clips, travel vlogs, and her life outside the octagon, unlike what Rousey suggested.
Cris Cyborg also showed support for Shevchenko. She commented on the above post:
“❤️ I love your @OnlyFans page and following your travels.”
Meanwhile, a netizen schooled Rousey by commenting:
“Some people think everyone on OnlyFans sells their nude“
Once mainly associated with adult content, this super-popular subscription-based platform is now widely used by athletes, musicians, and creators to share their craft with fans, as “Bullet” noted on her X post above, to slam Ronda Rousey.
