With the NCAA transfer portal now officially open, over 1,650 men’s Division I players have entered their names on the first day alone. The portal will be open until April 21.
The Gonzaga Bulldogs have lost five players from their 2025-26 roster in graduate wing Steele Venters, junior wing Emmanuel Innocenti, redshirt junior guard Braeden Smith, sophomore center Ismaila Diagne, and redshirt freshman guard Cade Orness.
As of right now, here are the returners for Gonzaga’s 2026-27 roster with their incoming class listed:
Sophomore guard Mario Saint-Supery
Sophomore wing Davis Fogle
Redshirt senior forward Braden Huff
Redshirt freshman forward Parker Jefferson
Redshirt junior guard Joaquim Arauz-Moore (walk-on)
Sophomore guard Alonzo Metz (walk-on)
The 2026 high school/international class will consist of four-star wing Luca Foster, four-star center Sam Funches, and four-star combo guard Jack Kayil. 247 Sports has that class ranked No. 23 amongst all college basketball programs.
That makes for nine of the 15 available 2026-27 roster spots filled, seven of those being on scholarship and the two others being walk-ons.
Here are some names from across college basketball that have entered the portal and have previous recruiting ties with the Zags:
Washington Huskies sophomore guard Zoom Diallo
