Oklahoma State women’s basketball coach Jacie Hoyt is making some big-time additions in this portal class.
That trend continued on Friday morning with the addition of UCF forward Achol Akot.
Akot, a 6-foot-1 forward native to Canada, started 21 games for the Knights this past season and averaged 6.6 points and 6.8 rebounds per game.
Akot had three double-doubles in her sophomore season and recorded a career-high 14 rebounds against Houston on February 1.
She is the fourth addition for Oklahoma State in this transfer cycle, joining BYU guard Amari Whiting, Oral Roberts guard Tyla Heard, and South Dakota State guard Haleigh Timmer.
The Cowgirls wrapped up the 2025 season with a 25-7 record and a third-place finish in the Big 12.
