A wrestling match between arch-rivals Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier is reportedly in the works, as per recent media reports and confirmed by Alfredo Auditore, CEO of ALF Global.Jones and Cormier served as opposing coaches on the latest season of ALF Reality. During the filming of the show, both former UFC champions shared several memorable moments. However, they have yet to bury the hatchet, for which Jones has always blamed Cormier.
Now, Auditore, the CEO of ALF Global, is looking to set up a wrestling match between Jones and Cormier, which would finally give “DC” a chance to earn a win over “Bones” even if it doesn’t come inside the octagon, as Cormier would have originally wanted.
Alfredo Auditore recently posted:
We’ve organized a wrestling match between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier in our PWL league. It’s nearly confirmed from both sides.”

“In the works.”

Daniel Cormier says Jon Jones will never say yes to the wrestling match as “DC” beats him “10-0”
Daniel Cormier believes Jon Jones will never agree to a wrestling match against him. Jones has previously turned down Cormier’s offers to face him on the wrestling mat, and “DC” expects him to do the same this time around, although Alfredo Auditore and team are trying their best to set up this showdown. In a recent video, Cormier said:
“Jon Jones and I. That is a 10-0 match. Every single time. I know it. And he knows it. Alfredo spoke about it the other day, and I will tell you. He is telling you the truth. When they are trying to make a competition between Jon Jones and I come together.”
“Here’s the problem, though…Reality is… You don’t have to goad me into this wrestling match. I know as a fact I’ll beat him 10-0… He will not wrestle me. He won’t do it.”
Cormier added that he and Jones were offered a seven-figure payday to compete in a wrestling match. However, the two-time Olympian in men’s freestyle wrestling believes “Bones” has no interest in accepting because he doesn’t want to risk tarnishing his legacy by losing, as he knows he’s easy game for “DC” when it comes to the wrestling mats.
