The Braves look like they might be fully back to their winning ways, with some gutsy wins and strong offense recently. One important story, as the bullpen has been a problem for the team this season, is Daysbel Hernandez. The 28 year old seems to be finally establishing himself at the major league level after spending a long time in the Braves’ farm system. With an upper 90s fastball and a nasty slider, he can be a major piece out of the bullpen and is quickly turning into one of Brian Snitker’s favorite high-leverage options. Walks will be the thing to watch for Daysbel, as they have been a fairly consistent problem for him in his career, but he absolutely has the stuff to be an impact player out of the bullpen.
