We have a lot of things to be thankful for as Braves fans, but I want to shout out a few here:
Alex Anthopoulos – Having a really smart, savvy guy in charge of baseball operations is a huge asset for this organization. Anthopoulos has balanced different timeframes really well and has been a responsible steward at the top of what is one of the most respected organizations in the league.Drake Baldwin – Adding a young quality player at a premium position to your core is always a good thing. It’s especially good when that player brings your franchise an extra first round pick in the upcoming draft. We like Drake.A still really good core roster, despite some recent shakiness – This team still has a ton of talent on both sides of the ball and has resources to improve the roster now and moving forward.
