The Golden State Warriors have free agent interest in Cody Martin. De’Anthony Melton, Seth Curry and Malcolm Brogdon have also been previously identified on their radar along with their long anticipated signing of Al Horford.
The Warriors continue to be in a holding pattern on filling out their roster as they await a resolution to the restricted free agency of Jonathan Kuminga.
Martin appeared in 53 games last season with the Charlotte Hornets and Phoenix Suns as he averaged 6.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 22.1 minutes. Martin is represented by Eric Fleisher.
Martin has received interest from numerous other playoff teams, but has been waiting for the possibility of joining the Warriors. Martin could also wait to see if any better opportunities come up after training camp or the regular season begins.
