“Inside the NBA” is scheduled to air in the half-hour time slot following ESPN’s Opening Night doubleheader on October 22.
The doubleheader features the Cavs at the Knicks followed by the Spurs at the Mavs.
The show, still produced by TNT, previously ran for around 50 minutes over recent years.
After the initial airing on October 22, the show is not scheduled to air until Christmas Day.
The show is expected to broadcast during key moments in the league’s calendar, including the playoffs and NBA Finals.
It will also likely air during Saturday nights in the second half of the season when games are scheduled on ABC.
