The Orlando Magic have waived guards Reece Beekman, Lester Quinones and Javonte Smart, and forward Phillip Wheeler. All four players were signed to Exhibit 10 contracts. All four players are expected to play for the Osceola Magic for the upcoming G League season.
Orlando also converted center Collin Castleton to a two-way contract, as had been previous reported.
The Magic roster now stands at 14 players signed to standard contracts and three players on two-way contract. Orlando currently cannot fill their open standard roster spot because they do not have room under their first-apron hard cap.
