With the GT Future rollout now underway, attention is beginning to shift toward upcoming colorways of Nike Basketball’s next inline performance model, the GT Cut 4. After emerging in a range of iridescent finishes, including a PE for Victor Wembanyama, the silhouette has now surfaced in two matte looks expected to play a key role in its broader launch: a metallic red and a metallic blue.
The color blocking mirrors the metallic red (or “USA” colorway) exactly. Metallic blue leather covers the lateral side, while navy tones take over the tongue, forefoot, and inner lining. The GT Cut 4 stands as one of the most visually ambitious entries in the Greater Than series to date, complementing the Foamposite-inspired GT Future with its own bold design language. Molded lines along the lateral side evoke biomorphic references like fish bones and rib cages, a theme Nike has revisited across various models over the years. Wavy traction comes into the fold underfoot, while ZoomX foam pairs with an Air Zoom Strobel for responsive cushioning and propulsion.
The Nike GT Cut 4 “Metallic Blue” is expected to release Spring 2026 for $210 USD in adult sizes. See detailed images below and stay tuned for further updates in the coming weeks.
