Conor Benn has the biggest fight of his career on the horizon when he’ll take on Chris Eubank Jr on April 26 in a second generation grudge match. Ahead of the fight Matchroom takes viewers inside of Benn’s training camp as he looks to make a point in the ring against Eubank Jr.
“I’ve got a big point to prove to myself. I’ve got a massive chip on my shoulder,” Benn says. “When I do my training I’m all about making things harder for myself, it ain’t no joke to me.”
Although Benn makes sure to push himself in training, he also makes sure he puts together nice accommodations for him and his team as he prepares for the fight.
“People would rather spend six figures on bottles in the club after the fight. I’d rather spend six figures on me having the best team I possibly can, to give me the best opportunity I can in order to be the best fighter that I can be…It’s like a well-oiled machine.”
