Alba Larsen will be returning for a second F1 ACADEMY season as Ferrari have announced the Danish racer’s recruitment for the 2026 campaign.
The 16-year-old, who competed for Tommy Hilfiger this year, classified in the top five on seven occasions, including two personal best fourth-place finishes in Shanghai and Las Vegas Race 2. Ending the campaign seventh in the Standings, Larsen was signed to the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy back in August.
In 2023, the Dane won the Senior category of the FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars programme, before making a points-scoring debut in single-seaters the following year, making a two-round appearance in the 2024 Indian F4 Championship.
Alongside her return to the all-female series, Larsen will compete in the F4 UAE Championship over the winter and will embark on a second campaign in British F4.
Larsen said: “Racing for Ferrari in F1 ACADEMY is a dream come true. They’ve been my favourite team since I was a child and getting to wear red feels surreal and is an incredible honour.
