The Spa-Francorchamps circuit in the picturesque Ardennes region of Belgium is one of F1’s few remaining classic circuits. If you don’t mind braving the elements and doing a lot of walking, the Bronze (General Admission) tickets at the circuit are excellent value. There’s also a good selection of grandstands to choose from at Spa, the majority of which are located close to the start-finish straight and Eau Rouge. Due to the unpredictable weather, choosing a covered grandstand at Spa is recommended if you can afford it.
Alongside increased interest in Formula 1 in general, attendance has been rising at the Belgium Grand Prix in recent years. In 2025, attendance reached a new high of 389,000 fans over three days. As part of circuit improvements, two large new permanent grandstands have recently been completed at the circuit, Gold 2 and Gold 3, which both overlook the famous Eau Rouge and Raidillon corners. The organizers of the Belgian Grand Prix have recently signed a new rotational contract with Formula 1, with the race being held at Spa-Francorchamps in 2025, 2026, 2027, 2029 and 2031. (The race will not be held in 2028 or 2030).

Where to Buy Belgian Grand Prix Tickets?
We recommend buying your tickets for the 2026 Belgian Grand Prix from our trusted supplier Grand Prix Tickets. GPT is an official sales agent for the race and tickets come direct from the promoter. When purchasing more than one ticket in the same transaction, you will be seated together.
We also recommend F1 Experiences Ticket Packages. Choose from grandstand seats or premium all-inclusive hospitality in the Champions Club and Formula 1 Paddock Club, plus exclusive trackside activities and accommodation/transfers.
Best Tickets to Buy at the Belgian Grand Prix?
Budget (<€250): As long as you wear comfortable shoes and don’t mind a lot of walking, the views from the Bronze (General Admission) areas at Spa are excellent – though overcrowding can be an issue on race day. If you want a seat for the race, the Speed Corner Grandstand is only a little more expensive
Mid-Range (€250-800): If you want views of the pits and start/finish/podium, then choose Gold 1. Otherwise, there are good views of La Source from Gold 8. The best views of Eau Rouge/Raidillon are in the new permanent Gold 3 grandstand.
Hospitality (>€800): Located in the multi-level Business Tower close to Eau Rouge, Champions Club Business Tower hospitality is recommended for all-inclusive hospitality and great circuit views. The Formula 1 Paddock Club is situated above the pits and offers the best VIP hospitality in Belgium.
Hospitality Suites at Spa-Francorchamps
In our opinion, the best views from a hospitality suite at the Belgian Grand Prix can be found in the Champions Club Business Tower by F1 Experiences. The building is quite old, and there’s lots of stairs to climb for the best views, but what views they are. Overlooking the old pits complex with Eau Rouge in the distance, these are arguably some of the best circuit views on the entire F1 calendar! As well as all-inclusive meals and open bars, guests also take a tour of the F1 Paddock and enjoy guest appearances by F1 stars.
Nearby, you’ll also find the Champions Club Eau Rouge by F1 Experiences. Offering the best of both worlds, you can watch the action from the Gold 5 grandstand on the inside of Eau Rouge or head inside to the hospitality suite for all-inclusive food and drink. Guest appearances and a tour of the F1 Paddock are also included. Flexible access to the Champions Club Eau Rouge is available for 1-3 days
Also recommended for trackside hospitality at Spa-Francorchamps are the VIP Lounges in the newly constructed Gold 2 and Gold 3 grandstands. In our opinion, the views are better from Gold 3, but Gold 2 also offers decent panoramic views. Access includes VIP balcony viewing, lunch buffet and gourmet snacks, open bar (beer, wine, soft drinks), VIP parking pass (P15) and access to the support paddock. View the brochure.
The highest-end hospitality at Spa-Francorchamps is found in the Formula 1 Paddock Club above the pits, though we’d argue that the views of the track are better from both Champions Club suites mentioned above. Enjoy gourmet cuisine, premium open bars, daily pit lane walks and more. Paddock Club Packages are not yet on sale for 2026
Gold & Silver Grandstands at Spa-Francorchamps
Ten grandstands are available in the most expensive Gold category at Spa-Francorchamps, all of which are located between the final Bus Stop chicane and Eau-Rouge/Raidillon. Most of the Gold grandstands are covered. Gold 1 (Pit), Gold 2 (GP2) and Gold 3 (Eau Rouge) are modern, permanent grandstands – Gold 3 is our pick for the best grandstand at Spa-Francorchamps. The remainder of the Gold grandstands are temporary structures. Due to increased demand, new sections have been added to several Gold grandstands in the last few years; these are identified as “BIS”. In addition to Gold 3, we also recommend Gold 1 for pits and starting grid views, Gold 8 for the best views of the first corner (La Source), and Gold 6 for views of the last corner (Bus Stop Chicane).
As the names suggest, Silver grandstands at Spa-Francorchamps are cheaper than the Gold grandstands. Some of the Silver grandstands offer individual bucket seats, whilst others have bleacher style seating. Recommended Silver grandstands include Silver 1 and 5 (between La Source and Eau Rouge) and Silver 4 (Bruxelles).
Read on for a full analysis of Gold and Silver grandstands at Spa-Francorchamps, including fan videos of the views from each grandstand.
Gold 1 (Pit)
Gold 1 (Pit) is the main, permanent grandstand opposite the pits on the start-finish straight. A good choice for the start/finish and action in the pits. Choose another grandstand if you are after on-track action.
Gold 2 (GP2)
Gold 2 (GP2) is a large, elevated and newly constructed permanent grandstand situated on the straight section between La Source and Eau Rouge, with direct views of the old pits area, which is still used by the support categories on race weekend.
Gold 3 (Eau Rouge)
Gold 3 (Eau Rouge) is the best grandstand overlooking Eau Rouge/Raidillion, especially since it was totally rebuilt in 2022. This covered grandstand offers excellent elevated views of the famous corner plus the section of track preceding it. Note that you will need a certain level of physical fitness to get to this grandstand from La Source, as it is situated at the top of a steep hill. Recommended. Gold 3 tickets are now on sale for 2026
Gold 4
Gold 4 is an uncovered Gold grandstand next to Eau Rouge. It is set back from the track at a strange angle with fairly limited views. Check out our panorama. Pay a bit more for Gold 3 instead.
Gold 6 (Chicane)
Gold 6 (Chicane) is a small covered grandstand on the Bus Stop chicane, close to the pit entry. It’s one of the most expensive grandstands, but you can always expect some action at this point on the circuit over the course of the weekend. Avoid seats in the front rows if possible, as views can be restricted.
Gold 7 (La Source)
Gold 7 (La Source) is located on the exit of the La Source (Turn 1) hairpin and doesn’t have views to compare with Gold 8. Better to choose one of the Eau Rouge grandstands if Gold 8 is already sold out. Please note that Gold 7 is divided into three sections: Gold 7, Gold 7 TER and Gold 7 BIS.
Gold 8 (La Source)
Gold 8 (La Source) is situated on the La Source (Turn 1) hairpin with views down the start-finish straight. The popularity of this grandstand is evidenced by the fact that it sells out almost one year in advance! If you get the choice in this grandstand, go for block B over block A.
Gold 9
Gold 9 is a smaller, temporary grandstand closer to the opening La Source hairpin on the main start-finish straight. Located in front of the ‘slower’ teams’ pits and with a distant view of La Source for the inevitable action on the first lap. Gold 9 has two sections, the newer of which is called Gold 9 BIS.
Silver 1
Recently rebuilt, Silver 1 is carved into the hill overlooking the stretch of track between La Source and Eau Rouge. Seats are bleacher style with no backs. Silver 1 offers distant views of the opening La Source corner and is close to the pit exit.
Fanzone Grandstand (Silver 2)
Previously known as Silver 2, the Fanzone grandstand is located closer to Eau Rouge, making it a better choice than Silver 1. An excellent mid-range choice at Spa with good access to the best food and drink stalls, merchandise and atmosphere of the F1 fanzone, right behind the grandstand.
Silver 3 (Double Gauche)
A relatively new addition to the grandstand offer in Belgium, Silver 3 is situated on the inside of the popular Pouhon corner. It’s a good mid-range choice at Spa and there’s almost always some overtaking action at Pouhon.
Silver 4 (Bruxelles)
Silver 4 (Bruxelles) is located at the top of the circuit, a long way from all the others (plus a long way from the fan zone). It overlooks the slow Bruxelles corner, but there’s much better views from the General Admission area on the inside of the corner. Silver 4 has individual seats with backs (like in Gold). Go for the higher row seats so your views aren’t obscured by the catch fencing.
Silver 6
Introduced in 2023, Silver 6 is located next to Turn 12 (Fagnes), between Pouchon and Blanchimont. The views are not great at this section of the track, and it’s a long way from the main Fanzone.
Combes Grandstand
One of the most affordable uncovered grandstands at Spa-Francorchamps, the Combes grandstand is located on the outside of the corner with the same name, at the top of the circuit. The Combes grandstand is not well evelated and is set back from the circuit. Good value but there are better views at the circuit. It’s also a long way from the main Fanzone.
Area 17-27 (Blanchimont)
The uncovered Area 17-27 grandstand overlooks Turns 15-16 at the southeastern most point of the circuit and is restricted to fans aged 17-27. It’s a long way from the rest of the main spectator areas at Spa, but is very much self-contained and also connected with a special camping zone for young fans.
Bronze (General Admission)
Spa Francorchamps has some of the best General Admission areas of any current F1 circuit, but you’ll need a certain level of physical fitness to make the most of its stunning forest location. Many of the walkways are unpaved and there’s serious hills involved, especially around Eau Rouge. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and if rain is forecast, a pair of wellies will definitely come in handy.
Eau Rouge
Arguably F1’s most famous corner, the elevation change as the cars go up the hill is much more dramatic in reality. With a large concentration of grandstands and excellent general admission views, plus the best merchandise, food and drink close by, Eau Rouge is a great base for the weekend. There’s also an underpass in the middle of the corner to take you to other parts of the circuit.
Raidillon & Kemmel Straight
Once you have negotiated the steep path up the hill from Eau Rouge, you arrive at the area known as Raidillon. If you are lucky, there’s views of the cars emerging from Eau Rouge at high speed. The general admission area is quite limited here, and you’ll need to wait you turn (or get there very early on Sunday) to catch a glimpse of the cars through the handy ‘photographer’s gaps’ in the catch fencing. Once you get to the Kemmel straight, there’s much more room to find a vantage point on the side of the hill. There’s more fans closer to the Les Combes chicane, where many famous overtakes have happened over the years. YouTube video views: Raidillon / Kemmel Straight.
Bruxelles & Ravage
This area at the top of the circuit is a great spot to watch the action. You can get really close to the cars as they take turn 10 at low-speed and it’s an excellent spot for amateur photographers. It’s a small area however and you’ll need to compete for a spot with the regulars who come every year; get there at the crack of dawn if you want to see the race from this area. The panoramic views from the top of the hill at turn 11 down to Pouchon are also not to be missed. Check out our video of the Bruxelles view.
Pouhon
This is arguably the most popular general admission area at the circuit, though the addition of new grandstands in recent years have reduced the space available. Nevertheless, there’s still plenty of room on the hillside for several thousand fans to watch the cars approach the tricky Pouhon corner. The food and drink stalls at Pouchon are extensive, and the atmosphere is great. You can walk back to Eau Rouge via a flat, direct forest path in around 15-20 minutes.
Blanchimont & Bus Stop
The Bus Stop chicane is another decent general admission vantage point, but there’s limited space to get great views, unless you fancy climbing a steep embankment. The views are also partially blocked by the Gold 6 covered grandstand. There are no grandstands on the high speed Blanchimont section of the circuit, and the views in general admission are limited to those from the path, which eventually leads below the circuit and emerges near the Les Fagnes area of the circuit, close to Pouchon. The 17-27 area for young fans is located here, but there’s limited track views for everyone else.
