Ahead of this year’s Monaco Grand Prix, we had the chance to check out the views from the K1, K2 and K3 grandstands at Circuit de Monaco. Overlooking the harbor and the iconic Tabac corner, they are considered amongst the best grandstands in the principality. K1 is especially recommended.

Access to Grandstands K1, K2, K3
Grandstands K1, K2, K3 are accessed via Gate 8 at the bottom of Rue Grimaldi. This gate is close to the opening St Devote corner (and the church of the same name) and directly below the stairs to the train station. The grandstands are accessed via a pedestrian tunnel under the track. Check the location on the circuit map below. All access gates at Circuit de Monaco are also listed below.
Grandstand K1, K2, K3 Seat Types
Grandstands K1-K3 have all numbered seats. Light blue color bleachers are regular seats and make up the majority of the seats in each grandstand. Darker blue color individual seats without back are the Gold category seats. These are higher in the grandstand and have better views. You can look over the top row of some Gold seats in the K1 grandstand. Gold seats are priced at a higher level than regular seats.
Grandstand K1 (Tribune K1)
The K1 grandstand is situated on the inside of the track, almost directly between the opening Ste Devote corner and the Tabac corner. The grandstand faces the Tabac corner and the yachts in the harbor. Some Gold seats at the top row of K1 offer views behind of the St Devote corner. In our opinion, K1 offers the best views of all the K grandstands at Circuit de Monaco
K1 has one entrance stair walkway, separated by rows A-H either side. It then has a perpendicular walkway with two stair walkways separating the two main sections of the grandstand, which have irregular row heights. Entering the grandstand from the stairs at the bottom, the lowest seats are in rows A-H. After the perpendicular walkway, the row numbers of both bleacher sections continue from I-R.
The Gold category seats start from row S and go up to ZD. It’s worth noting that Grandstand K1 has an uneven row height at the top. In the lower section of the grandstand to the north there are four rows of Gold seats (rows S,T,U,V) and in the higher section of the grandstand to the south there are twelve rows of Gold seats (rows S-Z, ZA-ZD). Looking down from the top of the grandstand, seat numbers start at 1 on the left and go as high as 43 to the right.
Grandstand K2
The K2 grandstand sits closer to the midpoint between two corners, Tabac to the left and Swimming pool to the right. Higher seats have good views of both corners. The views from K2 are wider and more panoramic than in K1, but you are further from the Tabac corner.
Entering the grandstand from the stairs at the bottom, the lowest seats are in rows A-E. After the perpendicular walkway, the row numbers of bleachers continue from F-Z (26 rows). The top four rows of the grandstand (rows ZA-ZD, rows 27-30) are the Gold category seats. Looking down from the top of the grandstand, seat numbers start at 1 on the far left and go as high as 55 on the far right.
Grandstand K3
The K3 grandstand is further from the Tabac corner to the left and closer to the corner next to the Swimming Pool. The views are not as good as in K1 and K2, because you are about halfway between the Tabac and the entrance to the Swimming Pool section here and don’t have a direct view of either corner. On the plus side, K3 is closer to the big TV screen than grandstands K1-K2 and ticket prices are slightly cheaper.
The lowest seats are in rows A-E. After the perpendicular walkway, the row numbers of bleachers continue from F-Z. The top three rows of the grandstand (rows ZA-ZC) are the Gold category seats. Looking down from the top of the grandstand, seat numbers start at 1 on the far left and go as high as 55 on the far right.
2026 Monaco Grand Prix: Grandstand K1, K2, K3 Ticket Prices
Tickets for the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix go on sale on September 22. Unsurprisingly, seats in the K Grandstands are amongst the most expensive at Circuit de Monaco. Prices have increased substantially, especially since the pandemic. As with all grandstands at Monaco, prices are fixed on Thursday (€30) and Friday (€175), before becoming a lot more expensive on Saturday and Sunday. The cheapest seats are in Grandstand K3. Grandstand K1-K2 are in a slightly higher price category, and K Gold seats at the top of these grandstands are most expensive. Prices below are official, provided by the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) and do not include transaction fees. See the full 2026 Monaco Grand Prix pricelist here.
