UFC 322 was a night to remember. Many talking points emerged after the event, as a new champion was crowned, a reigning queen showed her dominance, several contenders put on career-defining performances, and Dillon Danis was permanently banned from attending any UFC event.
Wherever Danis goes, controversy often follows. That remained the case on Saturday night when the 32-year-old was amongst the audience that witnessed Islam Makhachev capture a title in a second division, a feat achieved by few inside the octagon.
In the midst of a historic event, Dillon Danis was caught brawling with Khabib Nurmagomedov and his team in the stands. Footage has surfaced online showcasing the public altercation, with Abubakar Nurmagomedov and the infamous Magomed Zaynukov, better known as John Pork, potentially playing a role in the violence.

Those involved in the brawl were forced out of the arena.
Islam Makhachev’s team gathered together to watch their friend and training partner boss his way to the UFC welterweight title. Makhachev made easy work of Jack Della Maddalena, with his friends and family watching it from a hotel room.

Dana White blamed himself for Danis’ brawl with Makhachev’s team before insisting the jiu-jitsu ace will never be welcomed back to future fights.
“It never even crossed my mind, as stupid as this could be, that the entire Muslim brotherhood was here tonight in the first five rows for Islam,” White said.
“You will never see Dillon Danis at a UFC fight ever again. You’ll never see him at another fight.”
White continued.
“I could have prevented this tonight, and I messed up.”
This isn’t the first time Dillon Danis has been in the middle of a fight while attending a UFC show.
Danis played a key role in the post-fight brawl involving Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor’s teams at UFC 229 in 2018.
