“There’s probably more Irish than anybody, like coaches James and Connor…. It’s just it is different lifestyle like you want to get up and train in the mornings like and I know obviously it’s discipline of motivation but the bit of motivation getting up in the in the mornings do help like when you know when you’re getting up and it’s sunny and you’re on the moped going to the gym and stuff like that. It makes you like really be a little bit more appreciative of appreciative of your life when you’re over there.” The weather seemed to be a positive factor in the Irishman’s training regime.
Keogh followed up stating ” You’re just a little bit happier I suppose I think is the main difference … then obviously like having the variety of different bodies gives you that little bit of confidence then for when you come home.”
