No OnlyFans in Sight Despite Fan Frenzy and Betting Buzz

UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Mackenzie Dern remains a beacon of restraint.

Despite a surging fanbase clamoring for more exclusive content and oddsmakers pegging her as the top contender to join the OnlyFans revolution, the Brazilian-American grappling phenom shows no signs of launching an account on the subscription-based platform.

Dern, 32, solidified her legacy this past weekend at UFC 321 by claiming the UFC strawweight title by way of decision as she and Virna Jandiroba battled for the vacant strap. Her path to glory—rooted in a black belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lineage tracing back to the Gracie family—has earned her over 1.8 million Instagram followers, a devoted fan army that frequently floods her comments with pleas for an OnlyFans debut.

“OnlyFans please!” reads a common refrain under her bikini-clad training posts, blending admiration for her athletic prowess with a thirst for something steamier.

Yet, Dern has consistently rebuffed the idea. As far back as 2022, following a narrow decision loss to Yan Xiaonan at UFC Vegas 61, the Phoenix native shut down a fan’s direct plea with a curt “lol no” in the replies. Fast-forward to today, and her stance appears unchanged.

A recent dive into her social channels reveals no announcements, no teasers, and certainly no links to the platform. The official OnlyFans page at onlyfans.com/mackenzie_dern serves only as a generic landing spot, devoid of any creator profile or content.

The buzz reignited this month with a fresh betting analysis from Sportscasting, released exclusively to The Blast, which lists Dern as the overwhelming favorite— at -125 odds—to become the next big-name female MMA fighter to join OnlyFans by the end of 2026.

Trailing behind her are fellow UFC stars like Polyana Viana (+300) and a resurgent Ronda Rousey (+500), but none match Dern’s crossover appeal. Analysts point to her social media savvy and the platform’s growing allure for combat sports athletes as key factors.

“Platforms like OnlyFans are giving athletes a whole new kind of power,” the report notes, highlighting how fighters can bypass promoters and cash in directly on their fandom.

The trend isn’t hypothetical for Dern’s peers. Paige VanZant, the former UFC and BKFC standout, has built a multimillion-dollar empire on OnlyFans since leaving the cage in 2020, often crediting the site for out-earning her fight purses. Other MMA alumni, including Ronda Rousey in her post-retirement ventures, have dipped into similar content creation waters.

For Dern, however, the calculus seems different. Fans on Reddit speculate that her financial stability—bolstered by sponsorships, jiu-jitsu academies, and now the champion’s paycheck—means she doesn’t “need” the extra revenue stream.

“She’s already made a name for herself through multiple avenues,” one UFC subreddit user posted in a thread titled “Why doesn’t Mackenzie Dern do OnlyFans?”

Dern’s reticence hasn’t dampened the online chatter. A recent X post from user @Kuma4King captured the cheeky impatience of her admirers: “i hope Mackenzie Dern starts an onlyfans so i can find the leaks cuz i aint paying for that shytt,” accompanied by a clip of her in action. Meanwhile, the internet’s underbelly churns with AI-generated fakes and unauthorized “leaks” masquerading as her content, a stark reminder of the privacy pitfalls that might further deter her.

For Dern, the focus remains laser-sharp on the mat. Fresh off the title win on Saturday, she’s already teasing a superfight with Invicta FC’s Jennifer Maia.

In a recent Instagram Live, she emphasized her priorities: “I’m here to choke people out and teach the next generation, not to sell pics.”

Her father and coach, Alvaro “Megaton” Dias, a jiu-jitsu legend himself, has long instilled a philosophy of discipline over distraction.

As the MMA world evolves—where Octagon glory intersects with influencer economics—Dern’s choice to stay the course could redefine what it means to be a champion in 2025. Will the fan pressure, betting hype, or a lucrative offer sway her?

For now, the answer is a resounding no. But in the unpredictable fight game, never count out a plot twist.
