Light heavyweight champion Magomed Ankalaev rematches former titleholder Alex Pereira in the fight card’s main event. In the co-main event, champion Merab Dvalishvili takes on No. 4 ranked Cory Sandhagen.
On Friday, the fighters officially weighed in. Magomed weighed in second and officially weighed 204.5 pounds. Pereira weighed exactly the same thing. For the co-main event, Sandhagen tipped the scales at 134.5 pounds while champion Dvalishvili officially weighed 135.
One fighter missed weight on Friday. Women’s bantamweight contender Macy Chiasson came in 1.5 pounds heavy for her preliminary bout against Yana Santos. The fight will go on but Chiasson was fined 25% of her fight purse.
