As the calendar turns to May, the time for postseason play around the region is near.
The top-10 ranked teams in New England Baseball Journal’s Division 3 Coaches Poll are at or nearing the end of their regular seasons, with the GNAC and NESCAC set to begin the “second season” this weekend. Those two leagues have three combined teams ranked this week.
One highly-ranked team just lost its nation-long win streak earlier this week, but multiple other teams are using big runs just before the playoffs to vault up in the New England picture.
NEBJ’s Division 3 Coaches Poll, which will be released on Thursdays during the 2025 season, is voted upon by coaches and sports information directors throughout New England. Those interested in participating should email [email protected] for more information.
