With the 2026 season nearing, New England Baseball Journal took stock of the regional scene with a preseason edition of its Division 3 Coaches Poll.
The top of the top 10 has a similar look to the ranking through most of last season. However, multiple new teams have joined the fold while boasting significant returning talent from title-winning rosters last May.
Five different conferences are represented among the region’s projected best, with multiple teams coming from the NEWMAC, Little East and NESCAC.
The NEBJ Division 3 Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches and sports information directors throughout New England and, again in 2026, will be released weekly throughout the spring. Those interested in participating should email [email protected] for more information.
