After holding the No. 1 spot in every in-season edition of New England Baseball Journal’s Division 3 Coaches Poll for nearly three years, Endicott is looking up as the 2026 season gets underway.
Things have changed quite a bit since the preseason edition, which had Endicott as an overwhelming favorite after reaching its third straight College World Series last spring.
In fact, three new teams have used an early surge to take on a top-10 ranking. Eight of the 10 ranked teams in this first in-season poll come from the NEWMAC and NESCAC.
The NEBJ Division 3 Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches and sports information directors throughout New England and, again in 2026, will be released weekly throughout the spring. Those interested in participating should email [email protected] for more information.
