No. 10-seed Indiana men’s basketball (18-13, 9-11 Big Ten) is set to take on No. 15-seed Northwestern (14-18, 5-15 Big Ten) in the Big Ten Tournament on Wednesday at the United Center in Chicago. The winner advances to face No. 7-seed Purdue.
The Hoosiers’ last outing was a 91-78 road loss to Ohio State. Indiana has fallen apart a bit as the season has drawn to a close with the rather notable exception of a 77-47 win over Minnesota at home on senior night. This isn’t a team primed for an NCAA Tournament bid barring a run through the Big Ten Tournament and some (more) truly dreadful performances from fellow bubble teams.

The Wildcats are coming off of a hard fought 76-66 win over Penn State in the opening round on Tuesday. Northwestern will notably be without starting center Arrinten Page, who has missed the past two games.
Northwestern won the lone matchup in the regular season, beating Indiana 72-68 in Assembly Hall on February 24.
