The 2026 season is still more than six months away, but there will be a chance to check out the next version of Arizona football a lot earlier.
The UA has announced its Spring Showcase for April 25, a hybrid football/party event in Casino del Sol Stadium that will serve as the end of spring practice. Further details, including the start time, will be announced at a later date.
Arizona, coming off a 9-4 record in 2025, is set to begin spring ball next month. It will use those 15 workouts to help integrate another 30-plus newcomers to a solid number of returners, most notably quarterback Noah Fifita, defensive linemen Tre Smith and Mays Pese and linebacker Taye Brown.

The Wildcats have the bulk of their coaching staff back as well, with head coach Brent Brennan and coordinators Seth Doege and Danny Gonzales each signing extensions last week. Brennan is under contract until 2030 while Doege and Gonzales are locked in through the 2028 season.
