Male football coach Chris Wolfe expressed his disbelief after the Bulldogs’ close 17-14 victory over the Bullitt East Chargers.

Kade Goodin passed for 184 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for two scores to lead the Collins High School football team to a 28-22 victory at South Oldham on Friday.
Goodin completed 23 of 37 passes and also rushed for 21 yards as the Titans (7-3) clinched third place in Class 5A, District Six.
South Oldham (5-4) will have the No. 4 playoff seed from the district.
Goodin’s 3-yard touchdown pass to Avi Delaney gave the Titans a 28-12 lead with five seconds left in the third quarter. Jason Hence added nine catches for 83 yards and a touchdown.
South Oldham’s Adrian Miles passed for 137 yards and two touchdowns. Anthony Dixon carried nine times for 61 yards and a score.
Mason Trimble threw four touchdown passes to lead the host Tigers (6-3) over the Panthers (1-8).
Karsten Busch, a University of Louisville commit, had two touchdown receptions. U of L commit Marlon Harbin and Caden Barker also caught touchdown passes.
The Tigers also got scores from Louis Murr (12-yard interception return), Wyatt Graven (62-yard run) and Brandon Mobley (3-yard run).
Zane Johnson threw five touchdown passes, including two to Jayce Duvall, as the host Shamrocks (8-2) cruised past the Colonels (5-4) and clinched the No. 1 playoff seed from Class 6A, District Five.
Jason Hagan and Holden Schoen also caught touchdown passes from Johnson, who completed 16 of 19 passes for 194 yards.
Hagan had a team-high five catches for 80 yards.
Elijah Burns-Crump led the defense with an interception return for a score.
Jalen Del Valle rushed for 239 yards and two touchdowns to lead the host Eagles (4-5) over the Cougars (4-5) on Thursday.
Quarterback Jack Bradley carried 21 times for 93 yards and four touchdowns as Bethlehem rolled up 336 rushing yards.
