Curt Cignetti apparently gave one of his newest players a real ear-full before Indiana’s practice on Thursday.
Cignetti spoke with the media on Thursday after his defending national champion Hoosiers held a spring camp practice. He talked about wide receiver Nick Marsh, who has transferred from Michigan State to Indiana.
“I didn’t his love gold shoes he came out in today,” Cignetti said of Marsh during his news conference. “He learned what getting your a– ripped is all about. I don’t know if that happened to him very often at Michigan State. That was before practice started. That was a wake-up call. But he’s really worked hard, done a great job for us.”
