Coming off a bye week, Boise State outlasted Air Force, 49-37, on Saturday, and the Broncos offense looked all too familiar to fans across the country.
Sophomore running back Dylan Riley tallied 171 yards on 19 carries, along with two receptions for 84 yards. He also accounted for five of Boise State’s seven touchdowns. While Riley’s yardage total falls short of former Broncos star Ashton Jeanty’s average of 185.8 from a season ago, the similarities are clearly there.
Like Jeanty, Riley displayed great vision and cutting ability, which could be seen during his two longer touchdown runs.
