The Minnesota Vikings moved quickly after wrapping up their mandatory minicamp.
The team wasted little time making roster adjustments as they continue shaping their depth chart ahead of training camp.
Friday brought news of two roster moves as the Vikings added an offensive lineman while parting ways with a safety who joined the team just months earlier.

Lee represents an intriguing addition to the offensive line room.
The 23-year-old from South Carolina brings both youth and versatility to a position group that values depth and flexibility.
His journey to Minnesota included rookie minicamp invites from both the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Bears before landing his opportunity with the Vikings.
The undrafted rookie earned his shot after being included on Minnesota’s Top 30 visit list and receiving a Thursday tryout.
His college resume speaks to his reliability and leadership qualities. Lee appeared in 51 games during his time with the Gamecocks and started 40 of those contests across multiple positions including center, guard, and tackle.
Last season proved particularly impressive for Lee as he started all 13 games at center and earned permanent team captain status.
His academic achievements also stood out as he received SEC Fall Academic honors and shared South Carolina’s Community Service Award.
The Vikings released safety Bubba Bolden in the corresponding move.
Bolden had signed with Minnesota in March after previous stints with the Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, and time in the UFL.
