Karnal, Haryana, 16th November 2025: Day two of the 3rd Hockey India Junior Women Academy Championship 2025 – Zone A & B witnessed thrilling action at the Kailash Hockey Stadium in Karnal, Haryana as Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy, and Vadipatti Raja Hockey Academy triumphed in their respective matches.
Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy registered an 11–0 win over Sports Authority of Gujarat Hockey Academy in Pool A. Navdeep Kaur led the scoring with four goals (3’, 14’, 19’, 46’), while Harmanpreet Kaur added a brace (29’, 40’). Ramandeep Kaur (7’), Jarmanpreet Kaur (12’), Taniya Chandeliya (16’), Harpreet Kaur (41’) and Lovepreet Kaur (60’) also found the net.
In the same pool, Captain Navya Rani scored the winner to help Vadipatti Raja Hockey Academy clinch a 1-0 win against Citizen Hockey XI.
Four teams from Pool C were in action late last evening. Anantapur Sports Academy and Sports Hockey Academy of Khalsa’s Kolkata played out a goalless draw. Meanwhile, Jai Bharat Hockey Academy secured a 6-0 win against Jude Felix Hockey Academy. Both Aarushi Dhanda (25’, 27’) and Ananya Chauhan (29’, 50’) scored a brace, with Bhawani (9’) and Rashi Singh (53’) also contributing for their side.
