The draws for next year’s Davis Cup qualifying round has been released. Here’s more on that from DavisCup.com.
2026 Qualifiers will be played as two rounds of home-or-away ties. The Qualifiers 1st Round ties will take place on 6-7 or 7-8 February 2026, and the Qualifiers 2nd Round ties will take place on 18-19 or 19-20 September 2026. Home nations will have choice of dates.
Host nation Italy receive a wild card for the 2026 Davis Cup Final 8. Spain are seeded No. 1 in the 2026 Qualifiers draw and receive a bye to the Qualifiers 2nd Round. As per the Davis Cup regulations, if Spain are 2025 champions they will also be guaranteed a home tie for the Qualifiers 2nd Round.
