Caroline Wozniacki is expecting her third child.
The former World No.1 and 2018 Australian Open champion, who gave birth to daughter Olivia in 2021 and son James in 2022, announced the news on social media over the weekend.
“Officially switching to zone defense!” Wozniacki wrote. “Our family couldn’t be more excited to welcome baby #3 soon!”
Wozniacki and husband David Lee, a former NBA star, might soon have a full starting five! The 34-year-old Dane came back from maternity leave after over three years off the tour in 2
023, and last played at the 2024 US Open, where she reached the round of 16.
Good friends and peers took to Instagram to congratulate her, such as Angelique Kerber, Agnieszka Radwanska, Heather Watson and Karolina Pliskova.
