Bill Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson is in the headlines for her influence on the relationship with the 73-year-old football coach, but she’s also making waves for her foray into a new career.
According to Realtor.com, Hudson has an impressive real estate portfolio. She has four properties in Massachusetts with a valuation of $8 million. She converted three of the properties into multi-tiered apartment units, and a listing says that the properties “generating a rental income of $17,675 a month”
Her last property is her personal residence, valued at just over $600,000. Sports fans and members of the sports media responded to Hudson’s portfolio, including Fox Sports’ Colin Cowherd.

The timing of the real estate purchases comes shortly after her relationship with Belichick began in late 2023.
The controversial article on Hudson’s real estate portfolio comes after her viral appearance during Belichick’s interview on “CBS News Sunday Morning.”
An interview asked Belichick about how he and Hudson met, and she shut the question down from offscreen, saying that he would not be answering.
After the interview went viral, Belichick released a statement through North Carolina, where he will be coaching the football team this fall.
The coach said that Hudson was “simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track,” and that they have addressed the topic of how they met several times before. Belichick said that the interview was intended to only focus on his book and not stray to other topics.
CBS News released a statement of its own on the interview, directly contradicting some of the claims Belichick made in his interview.

“There were no preconditions or limitations to this conversation,” the outlet said, referring to the interview as a “wide-ranging” conversation.
“This was confirmed repeatedly with his publisher before the interview took place and after it was completed.”
We’ll see what happens with Belichick and Hudson going forward, but it’s clear that many fans and members of the sports media have interesting feelings about their relationship and what she stands to gain from it.
