Nike is reloading their slate of Halloween shoes for 2025, spread across basketball and lifestyle offerings. The vast majority of their efforts will touch down on October 21st, but there are a select few drops coming elsewhere on the calendar. Nike Ja 3 “Halloween”
Already off to a rollicking start, the Nike Ja 3 may have its most coveted pair still in store. Its “Halloween” edition captures ghoulish lime-green tones and a zombified alter ego for Morant, displayed proudly on the insoles. Bloodshot-red detailing around the Swoosh and fanged lace dubraes close out the undead atmosphere — unquestionably a can’t-miss pair in what Nike Basketball has on the docket.

If you’re aiming to take souls on the court at night, you’ll be able to catch more standout details — a glow-in-the-dark sole unit and the same treatment for the topmost overlays on this pair.

Nike Dunk Low “Frankenstein”
We’ll level with you that Nike hasn’t officially dubbed this version of the Nike Dunk as part of its end-of-October class. However, you really can’t fault us for reaching that conclusion. Much in the same way that Zion Williamson’s Air Jordan 1 Low OG leans on voodoo aesthetics with exposed stitching, the earthy shades and stitch collars utilized here can only call to mind Frankenstein’s monster.

Nike Air Force 1 “Houseflies”
Evidently, Nike is going all in on the “Triple White” Air Force 1 this time of year. Twelve months after penning a version of the classic kicks to Jason Voorhees, the Swoosh goes a bit more abstract with the 2025 edition, pocked with houseflies in the midsoles, uppers, collars, outsoles — really everywhere on this shoe. Even the metal lace dubrae is pest-ified, creating a shoe that may be closer to “icky” than “spooky” but is right at home in this group all the same.

Nike Air Max 95 “Houseflies”
Respectfully, you’d have to be living under a rock to miss the “Big Bubble” initiative for the Nike Air Max 95 that’s defined 2025. We couldn’t fault you for not preparing for it to enter the aforementioned “Houseflies” theme, however. Focusing its insectoid details on the upper, Sergio Lozano’s design cooks up a rightly nocturnal colorway to pair with that buzzing theme, coated in black through most of its real estate before finishing with trademark “Volt” detailing in the cushioning, outsole, and branding hits.

Nike Book 1 “Scorpion”
Already exploring Halloween with this exact silhouette, Devin, Nike, and the Book 1 take this concept with an astrological nod. Namely, the Suns star’s October birthday and his Scorpio star sign inspire this all-over arthropodic print. Black-and-white overtones baked into that make for a fitting nod to the holiday, while a lenticular finish on the upper and glow-in-the-dark soles help elevate this pair above its year-round counterparts.

Nike Giannis Freak 7 “Shapeshift”
We’ve never suited up against the two-time MVP, but we have to imagine that being anywhere near the basket on either side of the floor is as close as you can get to being face-to-face with a werewolf. It’d seem like he and the Nike design team agree, creating the “Shapeshift” edition for Giannis’ celebratory contribution. Furry lace options and tongues pair with grey overtones to hit the canid concept head-on, while hi-vis accents of pink and lime green help make this an all-around vibrant affair.

Nike A’One “Candy Corn Queen”
We’ve all got hot takes. It just so happens that A’ja Wilson’s premier unpopular opinion lines up with Halloween. Previously espousing her love for candy corn, she provides a no-brainer foundation for the Halloween variation of the Nike A’One. The three-colored treat results in a white/orange/yellow gradient treatment on her first signature, especially effective with bronze-like metallics on her range of emblems.
Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 “Pumpkin”
To close out Nike Basketball’s efforts, Beaverton turns to a model that bears no player’s name. For this inline hoops shoe, it’s only natural that Nike ends their Halloween 2025 range of shoes with the most iconic piece of Halloween imagery. Pumpkin orange dominates the body of the GT Hustle 3, but some pale green, ghoulish off-tones appear on the Swoosh. Spindly patterning running down the sidewalls adds one last bit of eerie atmosphere.
