Bralan Womack from Flowood, Mississippi, is one of the elite recruits in the 2026 class, and he’s been committed to the Auburn Tigers since this summer.
Womack, a five-star safety, chose the Tigers over Florida, Ohio State and Texas A&M after official visits to each program. He’s Hugh Freeze’s top 2026 commitment by a mile, and he’s a massive bright light for the Tigers as they struggle through a 2025 season that currently sees them at 3-4 and on a four-game losing streak, all to ranked teams.
Womack provides hope for the future for Auburn, but there could be some bumpy roads ahead for the Tigers. First and foremost, the five-star expressed frustration in Auburn’s defense after a 23-17 loss to No. 16 Missouri this past weekend.
It has now come out that despite his commitment, he’s decided to take a visit with Brian Kelly and the LSU Tigers.
He’s expected to be in Baton Rouge this weekend to watch the No. 20 Tigers (5-2) take on the No. 3-ranked Texas A&M Aggies (7-0).
