Having set the bar for its range of musical acts since first joining the calendar in 2008, the Singapore Grand Prix can feel more like a music festival than a Grand Prix weekend at times! The event is set to take place for the 16th time in 2025 and race organisers have confirmed the first headline acts who’ll be performing on the Padang stage over the race weekend.

Elton John and G-Dragon Set to Perform

South Korean superstar rapper G-Dragon is set to perform at the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix. Opening up the weekend as the first headline act on Friday October 3, G-Dragon is the leader of K-pop band BigBang. He was the first Korean solo artist to enter the Billboard 200 in the United States. Ahead of his Singapore Grand Prix performance in October, G-Dragon will release his first full-length studio album in over 11 years in February 2025.

Having sold over 300 million records in a career spanning over 60 years, Elton John will close out the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix weekend on Sunday October 5. With timeless hits like Tiny Dancer, Your Song and I’m Still Standing, he completed a five-year long “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour in 2023 and later that year performed a memorable headline slot at Glastonbury for the final stop on his UK tour.

This will be the first time Elton John has performed in Singapore since 2015. He has previously performed at an F1 race, most recently having appeared on the line-up for the 2015 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas.

How to Access Concerts at the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix

All tickets for the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix provide access to the concerts, which take place after each day’s on-track action has finished. The concerts take place across a range of stages, details of which can be seen in the graphic above. (Note: the graphic shows the 2024 musical line-up and is yet to be updated for 2025).

More headline acts for the race weekend will be announced in the coming months. Headline artists in previous years have included OneRepublic, Kylie Minogue, Lenny Kravitz, Post Malone, Robbie Williams, Green Day, Muse, Shakira, Mariah Carey and Katy Perry. Further details about attending the concerts can be found in our trackside guide for the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix.

Tickets Still Available For 2025 Singapore Grand Prix

As always, tickets for the Singapore Grand Prix are in high demand – but tickets do still remain available for this year’s race weekend. A range of three-day tickets are available via our trusted ticket partner Grand Prix Tickets (GPT).

Ticket packages providing exclusive insider access are also available from F1’s official ticket package partner F1 Experiences and are highly recommended. Tickets remain on sale in a number of the Marina Bay Street Circuit’s most sought-after grandstands and Premier Walkabout (General Admission) passes are also still available.

Tickets for the race do sell out, with the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix weekend having attracted a total of 269,072 fans – 5,000 more than in the previous year.
