New Champion Crowned in Main Event

Amateur Title 170 lbs (New Champion)

Sam Turpin vs Parvis Sobirov title fight

In the evening’s featured bout, Sam Turpin (@samdoesthingsnstuff) captured the amateur 170-pound title with a hard-fought unanimous decision victory over Parvis Sobirov. All three judges scored the contest 29-28 in favor of Turpin, who demonstrated effective octagon control both on the feet and on the ground.

Turpin’s jiu-jitsu skills proved crucial as he escaped multiple submission attempts throughout the three-round championship affair. The competitive nature of the scorecards reflected a tactical battle that saw Turpin’s conditioning and control earn him the title.

Lightning-Fast Finishes Electrify the Crowd

Amateur 145 lbs – Kimura Submission

Logan Ramirez submission victory

The co-main event delivered instant fireworks as Logan Ramirez (@lowk30) made quick work of Rakhimkhon Bakhodirkhonov in their 145-pound amateur contest. Ramirez secured a kimura submission at just 1:00 of the opening round, demonstrating technical proficiency and fight-ending power in his grappling game. The submission specialist’s efficient performance has MMA fans talking about his potential trajectory in the featherweight ranks.

Amateur 265 lbs – Devastating TKO

Dion Wilson knockout victory

Heavyweight contender Dion Wilson (@dees_pinkdachshunds) needed even less time to make his statement. The 265-pound prospect scored a devastating TKO victory over Jordan Jones at 1:02 of round one, showcasing the explosive finishing ability that makes heavyweight MMA so compelling. Wilson’s power and precision proved overwhelming, forcing the referee to wave off the contest early.

Amateur 125 lbs – Armbar Submission

Lance Conway armbar submission

Lance Conway opened the evening with another lightning-quick finish, catching Albert Iniguez in an armbar submission at 2:07 of the first round in their 125-pound flyweight bout. Conway’s smooth transition to the fight-ending submission highlighted the technical depth of the regional amateur scene.

Competitive Decisions Round Out the Card

Amateur 145 lbs – Split Decision

Margaret Izotov vs Kenya Nieves

Margaret Izotov (@margaretizotov) earned a hard-fought split decision victory over Kenya Nieves in their 145-pound matchup. The judges’ scorecards reflected a competitive battle, with one official scoring it 29-28 for Nieves while the other two saw it 29-28 and 30-27 for Izotov. The competitive nature of women’s amateur MMA continues to grow in Southern California, with this bout serving as prime evidence of the division’s rising skill level.

Amateur 240 lbs – Second Round TKO

Jordan Chism TKO victory

Jordan Chism secured a TKO victory in the 240-pound amateur division when opponent Trae Bickham was unable to continue at 1:24 of round two. Bickham came out aggressively in his promotional debut, landing several punches early, but Chism weathered the initial storm and took control of the fight. Once Chism established his rhythm, the experienced fighter’s composure proved to be the deciding factor.

Amateur 155 lbs – Unanimous Decision

Wyatt Stevenson unanimous decision

Wyatt Stevenson rounded out the evening’s decision victories with a unanimous nod over Kevin Flores in their 155-pound lightweight contest. Two judges scored it 30-27 while the third saw it 29-28, all in favor of Stevenson, who controlled the pace and positioning throughout the three-round affair.
