After accepting his invite to the White House, Conor McGregor was nothing but complimentary toward Donald Trump as the two came face to face.
Millions of people have countless things to say both good and bad about ‘The Notorious’, but one thing that cannot be denied is the love that the man has for his country. The UFC icon has been vocal about problems plaguing Ireland at present and believes he has some answers to fix the ongoing situation.
During his trip to the White House, Conor McGregor spoke to the media about his concerns for his declining nation, but that wasn’t the only thing he did while attending the US President’s residence.
McGregor was able to meet Donald Trump and showed nothing but love and respect for the 78-year-old.

Conor McGregor offered Donald Trump a custom-made suit from his August McGregor collection before offering his congratulations.
“Nice pinstripe suit, it’s one of my own,” McGregor said in response to Trump’s compliment about his attire. “I can get you one if you want.”
“Congratulations. I’ll tell you what, your work ethic is inspiring. Your work rate is inspiring.”

Conor McGregor was accompanied by his wife Dee Devlin and their four kids, who all received a warm welcome to Donald Trump’s office.

This meeting comes just days after Donald Trump praised Conor McGregor during his sit-down with Ireland’s Prime Minister Michael Martin.
Trump claimed to like McGregor and later complimented the UFC star’s tattoos.
Conor McGregor was also in attendance at the Starlight Ball earlier this year. The 36-year-old rubbed shoulders with the stars as many turned up to celebrate Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Among those attending the ball was Elon Musk who is one of the president’s most notable supporters. Musk was also pictured alongside McGregor at the White House on Monday.
