Colorado extended an offer to the class of 2027 four-star cornerback Bryce Woods on Friday.
Woods is one of the top defensive backs in his class. 247Sports Composite ranks the Atlanta native as the No. 270 overall prospect, the No. 30 cornerback and the No. 27 recruit from Georgia.

The 6-foot-2 cornerback is a hot commodity on the recruiting trail, holding offers from Ohio State, Ole Miss, Auburn and Tennessee, among many others.
Ohio State seems to have the upper hand in his recruitment, with Mississippi State and Tennessee following close behind.
Colorado is coming in relatively late in Woods’ recruitment, but obviously believes it still has a shot at landing the elite prospect. If they can get him on an official visit in the coming months, that would be a significant development.
CU’s 2027 recruiting class is currently just three players deep, but is highlighted by four-star quarterback Andre Adams.
